And, following your adventure, you'll be taken back to the fully-equipped adventure base where you'll be able to change back into your own clothes and enjoy an optional deluxe Outback BBQ meal. River rafting on the Cheakamus River was recently featured on the hit ABC television show EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION.

Your B.C. rafting journey lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours (dependant on river conditions) and features a relaxing float down the Cheakamus and lower Squamish rivers with the added excitement of some small rapids mixed in to keep your kids excited. Along the way you'll learn about the intriguing First Nations history, soak in some amazing views, perfect the art of splashing others, and get the chance to cool off with a quick dip in the pure, glacier-fed, jade-tinted water.

Your outfitter rafts these waters more often than all other outfitters combined, ensuring your experience will be the very best possible. Your professional guide team loves running these rivers, and it shows every day. They're proud members of the BC River Outfitters Association, the leading body for raft guide certification and river outfitter regulation.

Transportation from Whistler

If you're staying in Whistler and don't have a car, transportation from select locations may be included. Pre-arranged pick-ups in Whistler are one hour prior to the tour departure time at four locations: Fairmont Hotel in the Upper Village, Four Seasons Hotel in the Upper Village, Whistler Gateway Taxi Loop and Legends at Creekside. Limited availability for pick-up. PLEASE NOTE: On the Order Form, you must request pick-up from one of the four specific locations and reconfirm your Whistler pick-up two days before your rafting adventure.

If you have your own transportation, driving directions from both Whistler and Vancouver will be included on your E-Ticket.

What Do I Need To Bring?

You'll need to bring clothing appropriate for the weather; something to wear underneath the wetsuit. Please bring a towel.

Age & Skill Requirements

Participants must be 5 years of age or older to take part in this adventure. You don't need to have any previous rafting experience or any special skills to fully enjoy this trip. Everyone will be required to sign a liability waiver. Parent or legal guardian must sign for minor children.
