Summary: Tour does include hotel pick-up and drop-off. Rates are per person, in US Dollars and include tax & insurance. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-848-0744. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Operating Season:

Tours begin on November 25th and run through April (weather permitting).

Snowmobile Trails:

Tour destinations are subject to trail and weather conditions.

Included in Tour Cost:

~ Equipment: helmets, snow boots, waterproof shells (jackets/pants - if required), fuel, snowmobile.
~ Instruction: professional guide with full safety orientation prior to departure.

Minimum Age:

You must be 16 years or older to drive a snowmobile. You must be able to hold on safely to the driver to be a passenger (about 8 years old).

To Bring:

Warm winter clothing, gloves and goggles.

Backcountry Advisory:

Backcountry sports activities are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If in doubt, consult your physician prior to participation.

Note: All participants are required to read and sign a release of liability, and parents or guardians must sign for anyone under the age of 19.
