Restaurants

  • Bearfoot Bistro - Melissa Craig, Canada's best chef in 2008, will prepare an Amuse-bouche plate (a creative 3 piece tasting plate that is often ocean inspired). Afterwards, you will visit one of North America's most impressive wine cellars where you will be taught the history of Champagne sabering. One lucky guest will then get to take the sword and chop the top off!
  • Hy's Steakhouse - Haute cuisine at high altitude. As Canada's premier steakhouse, Hy's consistently provides delectable dishes with fantastic service. Your stop here will feature a Cajun crusted blackened Ahi tuna or a beef tenderloin teriyaki sprinkled with sesame seeds and a blind wine tasting seminar. The chic ambiance of this cozy 50-seat venue will whisk you away to images of New York or Paris.
  • Quattro - With its invitingly warm service, contemporary Italian cuisine and extensive wine list, Quattro continues to win over critics, visitors and residents alike. Always perfect in his preparation and presentation, Chef Jeremie Trottier will have some fantastic mains to choose from. There will be meat, seafood, and vegetarian options that change seasonally, sided with the restaurant's signature pasta.
  • Rogers Chocolates - Time for dessert! What fine dining tour would be complete without a stop into Canada's first and finest chocolatier? Here you will enjoy a unique and delicious icewine truffle, infused with real BC icewine and the friendly staff will share some history of Canada's rich chocolate history.
  • FireRock Lounge - Enjoy some artisan cheese plates featuring local cheese from Vancouver island to finish the evening.

Menus can be altered to accommodate vegetarians and most dietary requests. Tour lineup and menus are subject to restaurant availability and may change without notice.

Wine Pairings (at an additional cost) -- You will first be served a 3 oz. glass of sparkling wine after one of the guests chops open the bottle with a sword at Bearfoot Bistro. The next two restaurants will serve a 3 oz. glass of your choice between a red or white wine and you will finish with a 1 oz. glass of BC's famous icewine. The price includes associated gratuities and is an unbelievable value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner.
